CODE OF ETHICS
WE HOLD OURSELVES TO A HIGHER STANDARD
The buying, selling, ownership, and management of real estate are highly regulated segments of the free enterprise system in the United States of America. As such, members of the REI USA Real Estate Investment Association (REI USA) must treat this enterprise with the utmost professionalism.
REI USA members desire to expand their knowledge of real estate investing and management. In order to pursue these activities in a legal and ethical manner, all members of REI USA will be held to a higher standard of ethical behavior. This includes, but is not limited to, the following list of behaviors.
MEMBERS OF REI USA WILL
- Conduct themselves professionally, with the highest level of integrity.
- Accurately with high integrity represent material facts in their business dealings.
- Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, including housing code standards for health, safety and habitability.
- Complete their own due diligence (research) in all business dealings and will encourage others to do the same
- Not place themselves in such a position where their interests may be in conflict, or appear to be in conflict, with the good of REI USA.
- Act as a positive role model for the professions of Real Estate Investing and Housing Providers when dealing with tenants, the public, the media, government officials, and all others.
- Not make any unauthorized representations to the public, press or media with regards to REI USA’s position on any matter without the written approval of the Executive Committee.
- Promote REI USA in its positive image within the community, and to aid and assist in its growth.
- Not use the REI USA logo, or other identification material or slogans, without the express written permission of the Executive Committee.

The Real Estate Investors Association of REI USA does not endorse any person(s) or organization(s). Its programs are designed to be educational, motivational, and enjoyable. (Remember, speakers primarily discuss techniques and methods that work for them.) Whenever actions involving purchases, sales, or tenant relations are being considered, rely upon the advice of your real estate professionals – your accountant, attorney, or other professional. Peter Rossetti has been an entrepreneur since starting an Atlanta based home inspection company in 2010. Peter formed and is the Director of a Georgia Real Estate Commission approved continuing education school, educating Georgia Real estate Brokers, Agents, and Appraisers since 2015.
Fahad Naseem
Chief Technology Officer
Fahad Naseem has been working as a web developer, CMS administrator, and server manager since more than 7 years. He has been working in a university as computer instructor and since the past 3 years, working with Stacy as her Chief Technology Officer.

Usman Wahed has been involved in real estate portal management since 2019. Usman has a good experience managing tasks through the automation process. He is working as Customer Service Manager with REI-USA. He loves being close to nature and to travel.

Ivan Pacleb is a young creative designer born in Philippines. Ivan worked as a Creative designer in South Atlanta REIA and REI USA. He graduated Bachelor in Fine Arts Major Advertising in one of the well-known schools in the Philippines.

Kristi has a broad range of skills including computer proficiency, organizational skills, event coordination, time management & public relations. She is also a Certified Human Behavior Consultant and studied Art Education with a minor in Psychology at Kennesaw State University.

Faraz Naseem has been working as a senior web developer, CMS manager, and interface programmer since more than 6 years. He has been worked in a multinational companies as a senior developer and since the past 2 years, working with Stacy.

Abdul Rehman is an IT student who has been working as a freelancer since 2016. He has considerable experience in diversified IT related fields and has worked on different online platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr and Amazon.
Dave Kohl

Dave Kohl, Sponsor & Affiliates Manager for REI USA, has been providing real estate specific marketing services since the early 90’s. In addition to creating content, he has helped investors with case studies, feasibility studies, and a variety of customized marketing strategies. Dave also markets residential and commercial Interactive Virtual Staging and Virtual Reality Tours to builders, developers, and general contractors. He is based in the Chicago area.
